I'm inaugurating the first Highly Effective Homeless Housing Programs Award.
Eligible programs must include clients who are homeless at the initiation of services.
Highest points will be awarded to agencies and programs which can demonstrate rapid client transition to unsubsidized housing for at least a year duration at the lowest cost.
Significant points will be awarded to agencies and programs which can demonstrate successful outcomes by clients in their ability to enter into subsidized housing.
